Career & Lifestyle Change for a Sustainable Future

Welcome all career transitioners! This is an open, interdisciplinary course designed to guide individuals or groups through a customized, 4-phase process for new-age career innovation in the context of a changing world. It is strategically focused on integrating your personalized career /life balancing strategies with the support of certified master coaches, while bringing insights on issues and professions as they are emerging in the Global to Local Economy. The course will include discussions focused on the new Age of Sustainability which is currently influencing all sectors including education, business, policy, environmental sciences, technology, global markets and communities. The truth is, we are all learning, jobs are changing, and leadership requires new approaches to foster innovation through collaboration with others who may bring their talents to enhance your results, and vice versa. As you join the course, you will be joining a community that wants to help you succeed even while YOU set the objectives and define what that means to you and your situational needs.

Why take this course? As Career Consultants, we know there are many resources online, but they are often fragmented, rather than offering you a clear "map" to navigate through a step by step process. While there are lots of "do it yourself" courses, careers require relationships! The most elite schools of business offer individualized executive coaches, but this comes at a very high price. And dare we say, whether you are in school or working in an organization, the "learning objectives" and "deliverables" are defined by somebody other than YOU.

Because we are committed to YOU as the central creator of your own goals and learning objectives, we have integrated the principles and practice of entrepreneurship so that YOU are the CEO of your own career process. Just like any organization, there is a mission statement, strategic plans to pro-active process, resources to utilize for effective project management, plus team talents with whom you will exchange to achieve mutual results.

What are your own talents? What do you want for your LIFE as well as your job or career? How do you define "success" for yourself, your family, your community? What do you want others to say about your impact? How may you create the story you intend to be the narrative of your life and legacy? It is simple and complex at the same time.

Our coaches are here to walk you through the proven 4-phase process i.e the 4 C's:
